The Living Quality was
established to enhance
every aspect of the living
experience.
Established in 2024 by Dr. Adil Alzarooni, the Living Quality was born from a desire to redefine modern living based on the construct of how to quantify quality of life.
Inspired by the concepts of IQ and EQ, Dr. Adil Alzarooni and his team introduced the idea of the Living Quotient, or LQ, a metric to measure the quality of life. Through extensive research and collaboration with experts in architecture, psychology, and environmental science, they developed the vision of a community designed to enhance physical, mental, and social well-being.
With a purpose that goes beyond traditional real estate development, LivingQ sets new standards in urban living, using scientific principles and research to measure, address and enhance overall well-being. Welcome to the science of quality living.
